For Move Management, Downsizing I charge $75.00/hour I only charge for the time that I'm working for you. If extra help is needed to complete a task I use trained staff members for an additional $30/hour per employee.

I use reusable packing bins and follow Green Environmental Practices of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. I try to keep as much out of the trash flow as possible, finding a home for anything that's safe or usable.

I work with a number of local charitable agencies to find the most appropriate use for your items. When possible, I provide tax forms for your benefit. There is no additional fee for my donation drop off.

How it works.
Any monies from the sale of any item will be split 50/50 of net sales up to $500/item. Sales above $500/item will be split 60/40 you/me. Net sales are gross sales minus any expenses incurred by Sheil Sell it! This rate is not applicable to MaxSold Auctions.
